Sports and Toys
Lots of people would say that they play with Lego but I don't really play with it because I like doing other things. My top three favourite sports are Ping Pong/Table Tennis, Football/soccer and mountain biking.
I like exercising because it make me feel alive. It is also very entertaining playing with your freinds and seeing who would win or become king. We play football every Saturday and we went to a competition once playing with some other school but we lost 4 to 12 (they were super skilled). I think we aren't that bad at football though. I was also taught by a teacher about ping pong so I am not bad at that either. I wasn't taught about biking but I beat all my friend at races easily.

Living Things
When I used to live in New Zealand, I live in the countryside beside Christchurch. My dad used to be a dairy farmer and sometimes I got to ride behind him on the motor bike. But anyway lets get back to the topic. I used to play with worms and centipedes when I was young. But now here in China, some centipedes are poisonous so we don't play with them anymore. My favourite animal would be a snow tiger because they look cool and I like the way tigers catch their prey. In New Zealand we used to have two adult rabbits that had about 2 or 3 litters before, a pet dog and a pet cat. Over here in China, we only have some guppies (a type of tiny fish) and a cat called Inky but she has had quite a few litters before so we have to sell the kittens when the grow old enough.
Books!
I love reading so I read quite a lot of books in my spare time. Right now I have almost finished reading 'The Wind In The Willows'. My favourite book series is Warriors (a cat series) because it is really cool with fighting and clans and other stuff like that. I have read through it two times and my sister has read through it 3 or 4 times (really surprising). My favourite author is Morris Gleitzman because of the book he wrote (boy over board) and because of his other series that he wrote which seems pretty cool because i only read the preview of one of the books in the series. The thickest books I have read are probably 'Inkspell' (642 pages) and 'The Book Thief' (502 pages).
If I wrote a book it would be about the future when aliens invade Earth and all the new weapons people used to fight. There would be people hiding in these special secret places.

My Town
I live in Urumqi, Xinjiang, China. It is in the part of the Gobi desert and also the city that is most far away from the sea in the world! We (my family) live in Xinjiang Medical University (my dad is an English teacher) there are community shops all around us so it is quite convenient. There is a running track, soccer field and sports ground right beside us so we can exercise whenever we want(but not in winter obviously). There is a library a 5 minute walk from our house but unfortunately, the books are all Chinese. :(
There is a park right next to the University so that is handy as well. There is a dining hall and police station right next to each other near us as well. We have Mosks around the university so that is convenient for the Muslims.
I think we are lucky to be able to live in such a good and convenient place like this.
